Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All items are made to-order. For smaller items please allow 2-3 weeks, for larger items 4-5 weeks for shipping. Some items may take 1-3 months to complete due to the creator being a full-time student. Completion time also depends on the complexity of the pattern.
Return & Repair Policy
Returns are not supported. If your item breaks of it's own accord (knot comes loose, yarn unravels, etc.), repairs are free (besides shipping fee) for 90 days after purchase. Creator is not responsible for damage caused by user error.
